A new way to effectively market your business, product, service or events in Canton Texas all month long to people from all over the country.
What is an Email Request?
Email Requests are requests that come in all month long from various websites related to the Great First Monday Trade Days for three types of services like Lodging, RV Parking and Vendor Applications. Over a months time some 150 to 250 emails come in from people all over the country and sometimes the world looking for rooms to sleep in, RV spaces to rent and spots to setup a vendor booth. These emails are then sent to the paid subscribers that can provide these services to the requestors bypassing brokers and agents saving them loads of time and money.
We have 3 methods to market to the people that send in these requests:
When these emails come in the Email Request system sends back a thank you email to the requestor with piggybacked marketing information they might be interested in.
Thank You Ads
When an email request is submitted the submitter is shown a page that says thanks for sending in their request and on that page we have some marketing information.
Receipt Ads
After we receive a request for services the system automatically send the requestor a receipt to their email letting them know their request was sent out to all the subscribers of the request.
Request eBlasts
These are emails that are sent out once a week to ALL the past requestors since 2004 to present in the form of a Canton Texas newsletter with various informational goodies like coupons, free parking passes, human interest stories and links to the Vendor and B&B Flip Books coming next month.
